Refunds for ticket cancellations are subject to the following terms:
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before the event:
You will receive a 90% refund of the ticket price.
- Cancellation between 24–48 hours before the event:
You will receive a 50% refund of the ticket price.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the event or no-show:
No refund will be issued.
All refund requests must be submitted by email or through the designated contact form on our website. The time of the request will be determined based on our receipt timestamp.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within the following timelines:
- Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited back to your card within up to 14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Payments via Bit: Refunds will be processed and received within up to 3 business days.
Non-Refundable Fees
Please note that any third-party service fees or transaction charges may be non-refundable and are subject to the policies of the payment provider.
